We are delighted to share the jury’s WIA2024 Winners which were selected from the Shortlist of 200 projects while we start preparing to the new cycle for 2025. We continue to build the Showcase where we have added a new item highlighting all 44 winners to the curated highlight lists, artist interviews, jury and sponsor highlights.
The awards are independently judged by the 30 judges across the 10 categories, which are split into New Talent and Professional, and feature artwork from international artists with diverse views and experiences. The opinions expressed in entries belong solely to the entrants and do not represent the views of the World Illustration Awards, its organisers, or its sponsors.

AWARDS
The World Illustration Awards is a global celebration of illustration.
The Association of Illustrators has run a juried illustration competition since 1976. The latest incarnation, the World Illustration Awards in partnership with the Directory of Illustration, has been going strong and growing since 2015.
WIA focuses on supporting and celebrating creativity internationally, by connecting illustrators with their peers and the global illustration industry.
The Awards are split into two groups: New Talent and Professional. All work, commissioned or self-initiated, is accepted across the ten categories as long as it has been created within the past year before the Call for Entries closes.
