The AOI members’ helpdesk is open 10am to 4pm (UK Time) Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Members can access this service for 1-to-1 advice and support via email or phone.
If you are a member and require bespoke advice on a project (no matter how large or small) our helpdesk team are here to help.
We can advise on licensing, copyright, negotiation, general business practice and more. We even offer a free contract review service, providing comprehensive notes to members, to help you better understand clauses and negotiate fair terms with your clients.

If you have received a new enquiry and you are putting together a quote, please read our How to Calculate A Fee resource, and the Summary Checklist included, to make sure you have all of the information you need from your client, first. If you are unsure about the information the client has provided to you, or next steps, you can send us an email or give us a call.
