The project was designed for Salföld Manor, a nature conservationist Farm of Balaton Uplands National Park. The boards in the resting areas across the farm meant to introduce the indigenious livestock of the manor, the herbs and bees of their garden alongside the world of shepherds and their animals in an interactive, playful way to the guests.
How was the illustration used:
The illustrations were printed on vinyl with water based eco-friendly paint, then expanded with interactive and 3D elements and installed on boards and the wooden construction of the resting areas.
How did you make this work:
Before the illustration process, we developed the overall concept of the boards (pedagogical concept, functionality of the interactive elements and text) with Patkós Stúdió. The main focus while illustrating was to deliver the information in an interesting and clear way for visitors of every age. Another aspect was to catch the characteristics of the flora and fauna of the area.Commissioner Name :
