Tsjisse Talsma
Feed forward - a mystical jazz fairytale

Design Product & Packaging

Commissioned | Professional

Why did you make this work:
Jazz group Coal Harbour came to me with their new album ‘Feedforward’, based on a self-written fairy tale. Inspired by this fairy tale- full with ancient forests, tribesmen, magical fruit and a hero who saves all- I tried to bring it to life in all its mystical jazziness.

How was the illustration used:
Record sleeve for Jazz band Coal Harbour’s new album: Feedforward.

How did you make this work:
Ink, pastels, acrylics and Photoshop. I use the analog materials to make shapes which I later combine, edit and play with in Photoshop.
