Why did you make this work:
This is my diploma work, the task was to solve the problem by creating media-project. I chose anatomy as it is still surrounded by prejudice, fear and aversion. But in fact, the understanding of it is a key to the healthy lifestyle. The purpose of this project is to change the attitude of people towards this theme, destroy myths and increase interest, especially among young people and children.

How was the illustration used:
this project includes series of video tutorials, non-fiction illustrated book and collection of souvenirs.

How did you make this work:
I used photoshop to create illustrations in simplified freehand style, and aftereffects to create animation

Biography:
Rina Allek is illustrator and animator from Moscow. Recently graduated from HSE ART&DESIGN SCHOOL. She is inspired by nature, fairytales, folklore, dreams and nightmares. In her artworks she mixes different techniques, digital and hand-drawing, linocut, etching, collage and others. She likes telling stories through the book illustrations, comics and cartoons.
