ProfessionalWhy did you make this work:
Inspired by the collections at the VA Museum, I have imagined the life of the museum in the quiet hours of the night. In this very detailed narrative illustration, all kinds of living creatures, botanical and mythological, come to life, transforming the museum into a fantastical secret garden. This started as a personal project and the illustration is now sold as a print in the museum's shop.
How was the illustration used: A limited edition print celebrating the collections of the Museum
How did you make this work: All elements have been drawn in pencil on paper at a very large scale and then assembled digitally
