Why did you make this work:
Four Love is my thesis project featuring animations depicting the four love languages that communicate affection through nonverbal conventions, such as body language and gesture. Expanding on the theme of communication, my project expands on the element of gesture, as something that can “speak” without relying on words or text.

Biography:
June is a graphic designer and illustrator currently based in sunny California. She graduated from Pratt in the spring of 2021 with a BFA in Graphic Design. She has a passion for storytelling through a range of mediums, from editorials, branding, motion and everything in between. Through her artistic channel, she aspires to spark curiosity, initiate change, and uplift voices.
