Jeff is a Piñata Maker, Art Director, Graphic designer, Artist, and Illustrator born in Caracas Venezuela, and now living in Miami.
After graduating with a BFA and honors in Graphic Design and Visual Communications, he went on to work with many prestigious institutions such as the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas, the European Philharmonic of Switzerland, and New York Theatre Barn, among others. In addition to his professional experience, Jeff has also developed investigative and artistic, and creative projects specialized in piñata making, a passion that he’s had since childhood.
Some of the books he has designed have been acquired by institutions such as THE MET: The Metropolitan Museum of Art (New York), Pérez Art Museum, New York Public Library, and The Bodleian Library at Oxford University, among others, and recognized in Spain, Germany, Slovakia, Canada, and The United States.
Jeff will be judging the Book Covers category sponsored by London Book Fair.
