With 20+ years experience working as a designer for a range of established corporate, private and state clients, Javier decided to set up Trampolín, an inclusive creative platform and founding partner of Nectar, a digital design agency, to focus on seeking the potential of people through creativity and design. Under the idea of ”Anyone can be trained to be creative ” and focusing on cooperation and creative participation and especially working with people at risk of social exclusion.
Javier will be judging the Design, Product & Packaging category.
