Why did you make this work:
Double Negative is a concept proposal as I challenge myself to craft a brand story and design that best represents the vision of the brand — in serving artisanal ales with creative flavour profiles that are translated into loose, vivid and experimental character designs on the packaging labels.

How was the illustration used:
The illustration is used as a product packaging design and brand extension, such as menu card, collaterals and promotional materials.

How did you make this work:
I made this work by researching on different flavour profiles in the craft beer industry, and loosely translating it into abstract composition before colouring it digitally.

Kezia is an art director and illustrator currently based in Singapore, specialising in marketing, branding and craft.Her advertising background plays a big role in shaping the tone of her narrative-driven works, playing with vivid colours and expressive character design.If she's not drawing, she is probably throwing ceramic pots and brewing (and drinking) lots of coffee.
