Why did you make this work:
Into The Forest is a cut out book where the reader is invited to explore the forest and discover activities within it. Each spread depicts a different month of the year. Throughout the journey the forest gradually becomes darker as the time and colours change. At the back of the book text further details the activities, animals and birds found in the book.

How did you make this work:
Following my dissertation which explored books as desirable objects, this Masters level project intended to create a book that can be picked up, read and explored but also when closed can be enjoyed in its entirety as an Artwork that can be displayed. The spreads are entirely digital with a printed feel.
