- Why did you create this work?
This calendar will take us on a journey with TASA (Taiwanese Space Agency) and FS-5. We have selected 12 photos of national parks from around the world captured by satellites, along with five full-page illustrations depicting the journey from departure, adventure, recording, returning, to the next journey. Each tells the story of FS-5’s mission and looks ahead to the future goals of TASA. - How were your illustrations used?
There are illustrations designed to introduce satellites and explain TASA's mission. These illustrations cover topics such as satellite launch, distance from Earth, the process of capturing images and how ground personnel handle them, communication between satellites and Earth, as well as TASA's future development goals. The aim is to bring space knowledge into our daily lives. - What materials and techniques did you use?
I design and create graphic illustrations on the computer. The calendar is finely printed on paper suitable for writing, providing a delicate surface for note-taking. - Was this project commissioned?
