Why did you make this work:
I realized a graphic novel about bullying, diversity and change. The story borned during a path in the dark (“Dialogo nel buio”, www.dialogonelbuio.org/index.php/it/). The story is about an angry and lonely teenager, with strong relational discomfort. In total darkness he meets a girl who will help him to change. The project was realized in collaboration with some teenagers, including my sons.

How was the illustration used:
Book, graphic novel

How did you make this work:
The project was created and designed graphically by the illustrator. The format reminds a school notebook, a diary of a path of hope from darkness to light. The main technique is watercolor, that I made more alive with pencil and pen drawings.
