Where do you usually work?
I mainly work in my own studio, using pen tabs and cutting paper, as I am a Junior Associate Professor at a university.
What’s your favourite thing to draw?
I like to draw nature such as snowy landscapes, and the culture and history of my hometown. I try to describe not only beauty, but also harshness.
What are your plans for the future?
I didn't have many chances to create original illustrations because I used to work as a graphic designer. Therefore, I'd like to create more original illustrations and challenge making picture books.
