How did you make this work: This series will be exploring the sense of community and everyday life of mid-age/older Chinese people.
Growing up in a unique period of Chinese history, living and enjoying life as retirees, the Chinese aunties and uncles demonstrate a delightful, romantic, communal way of engaging with the surroundings.

Biography:
Cara Wang is an illustrator who is initially from China, currently pursuing a BFA illustration degree at Rhode Island School of Design. Inspired by culture and everyday life, her work celebrates light, community, and all of the many hearts we hold inside our own!
