She/her - Why did you create this work?
'Dinos and how to hide them' is my first children's book as an author and illustrator. I wanted to make a book about the different expectations society and sometimes parents can put on children. My goal was to create illustrations that are colourful but look more stylized than you would expect from a children's book. - How were your illustrations used?
The book was published by Pelckmans Publishers in Flanders (Belgium) and the Netherlands. - What materials and techniques did you use?
The sketches were made traditionally on paper, and the final illustrations were created in Photoshop. - Was this project commissioned?
