Winners announced for the Prize for Illustration 2015 – London Places and Spaces
The winners of the Prize for Illustration 2015 were announced at an award ceremony at London Transport Museum on the evening of Wednesday 13 May 2015

The competition was open to illustrators throughout the world and artists were invited to reflect on the capital’s distinct personality and characteristics in a single illustration. Over 1,000 illustrations were submitted by professionals and students. The London Places and Spaces exhibition showcases 100 of the best, which take viewers on a visual journey across the Capital in many different styles.
The exhibition opens to the public with a Friday Late launch evening 15 May – 18.45 to 22.00 (last admission 21.15) and continues until 6 September 2015.
Gold, Silver and Bronze winning images
The Gold Prize was awarded to Eleanor Taylor for The Royal Observatory, Greenwich
The Silver Prize was awarded to Carly Allen-Fletcher for Compound City
The Bronze Prize was awarded to Eliza Southwood for Parkour At The South Bank

The Prize for Illustration: London Places and Spaces is at London Transport Museum, Covent Garden Piazza, WC2E 7BB. Tickets cost £16.00 (£13.50 concessions) and allow unlimited daytime entry to the Museum galleries and temporary exhibitions for a whole year.
AOI members get a special 2for1 deal when they show their membership card.

See the exhibition after hours and enjoy the opening evening of London Places and Spaces at a Friday Late on the evening of 15 May 2015. Relax with a glass of Pimms in our indoor mini park, create a pop-out postcard featuring iconic London buildings and listen to talks about different places and spaces. There will also be film screenings, quizzes, music and bar, talks as well as a 2 for 1 special offer on glasses of Pimms. Adults only.
Tickets to the Friday Late are £12.00 (£10.00).
