The AOI Graduates! Part 1
2020 has doubtlessly been an unprecedented year (for the obvious reasons) – despite the setbacks and challenges though, we at the AOI accomplished something we’ve been wanting to do for a very long time: creating our very first ‘Complete Guide to Freelance Illustration’ course!
Pulling together our team’s collective knowledge and input from industry experts, we opened a 6-week course in early autumn. The response was absolutely incredible, with places filling up almost immediately. We also helped subsidise the places of a select group of applicants, to let creatives in difficult financial positions be part of the program and benefit from the advice presented. The feedback has been so positive that we have decided to offer this course again!
As we announce our 2021 course, we want to use this opportunity to present and celebrate our talented 2020 cohort! The 14 illustrators featured below live in all different parts of the world, and each have a distinct visual voice with clear interests and goals. Take a moment to pour yourself a cuppa, immerse yourself in their worlds, and follow them online!
