AOI seeks Membership Assistant

The Association of Illustrators (AOI) is a not-for-profit trade organisation supporting illustrators, promoting contemporary illustration and maintaining industry standards. With a membership of over 1,800 freelance illustrators, agents, students and colleges the AOI continues to support and educate future generations at every stage of their career.
The Membership Department is responsible for the provision of services to all of the Members of the AOI. The Membership Assistant will help to ensure the smooth running of Membership Services by liaising directly with potential Members about joining the AOI and existing Members about renewing their Membership. Excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively across all verbal and written communications is essential.
The Assistant collates AOI Newsletters, Social Media and exclusive Members Only online content. They dispatch communications and orders to Members, all the while ensuring that our Members database is updated accurately and regularly.
In addition, the Membership Assistant works closely with the Membership Coordinator to improve the services for Members and identify opportunities to increase the membership base.

Salary: £18-20,000 Per Annum (dependant on experience)
Contract: 3/4 days, subject to discussion, permanent contract of employment
