The MA Sequential Design / Illustration Graduate Show 2022

Degree Shows

The MA Sequential Design / Illustration Graduate Show 2022 takes place at the University of Brighton from 9th to 16th July, open daily from 12 noon to 5pm.  The Show is open to the public, free to attend and tickets are not required.

The Sequential Design/Illustration MA attracts new and established illustrators, artists and designers from around the globe who are keen to explore the principles of sequence within their chosen field and make them visible through a variety of forms.

Visit this Show to see exciting and diverse work from 42 graduating illustrators, designers, artists, animators, photographers and artists from all over the world.

WORKSHOPS 

During the Show, graduating students are also hosting two creative workshops that are open to the public.  Prior booking is required for these two events:

‘Baba Yaga the Witch’ workshop with artist Lada Shabunina, on Saturday 16th July, 1pm-4pm, is ideal for children aged 7-12 accompanied by parent/adult. Discover the witch Baba Yaga and create illustrations for an online book. This event is free to attend with materials provided. Prior booking for all participants is required for this event.

‘Read Write & Draw Rubaiyat Poems’ workshop with artist Lois Pawson, on Tuesday 12th July, 1pm-4pm, is suitable for adults with all levels of creative experience.  Explore the ancient Persian poetry of the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam through reading and illustrating verses, and writing a modern-day Rubaiyat four-line poem.  This event is free to attend with materials provided.  Prior booking for all participants is required for this event.
