Illustrating for People and Planet

Sam Pierpoint, illustrator and AOI member will share her journey towards being a sustainable (ish) illustrator. Sam brings a practical approach – recognising that we can only do what is possible in our own situations to keep things green. Book below or via our Eventbrite.

Sam will pass on some resources that have really helped her and afterwards we’ll open up to a group conversation considering how we can make changes in what we buy, the energy we use, how we travel, offsetting, waste…

We’ll consider how we can make a difference with the self initiated work that we create. How can our imagery help with mass behaviour change? And why should we think about the end of life of everything we make?

Whether you’re a college student or you’ve been working as an illustrator for a while we’d love you to joins us for a good old chin-wag on this subject because we believe that conversations can be the start of something good.
