I chose this image to represent my love of the genre of paranormal horror. It does an excellent job conveying theme and mood.

It does an excellent job conveying theme and mood. There is no question about it's intent!
What excites you most about being shortlisted?
The opportunity to be exhibited with so many other amazing creators.
Where do you usually work?
My home has a second living room that I have claimed for a work space. It is a large space for working on anything from large paintings, to digital work.
How long did it take to complete your project?
A few days.
What is your dream commission?
To illustrate a profound horror series the likes of Goosebumps, or Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark!
What’s your favourite thing to draw?
Scary Faces, Hard to believe I know!
What is your best tip for other illustrators?
Do not be afraid to fail, it is essential for growth. Failure is proof that you try.
What are your plans for the future?
To make more and more traditional work, and take on more private commissions.
