Curious Creatures is Children's Book I created as part of my final Honours in Illustration exhibition at Stellenbosch University. The book is currently unpublished but I hope to have it published some time in the future.

The Brief: Create an Illustrated Children's Book.
Although the book was meant for children, I knew from the start that I didn't necessarily want mine to follow the route of the kind of children's book we are all used to. Instead I wanted it to have a rather mature twist to it that both young and old can learn from. I'm sure that parents see plenty of 'cute' children's books and I wanted this to stand out from the rest.
