Pecha Kucha Night

Commissioned | Professional

Why did you make this work:
I was Commissioned by Creative Dundee to produce a poster for their Pecha Kucha Night. I was asked to make it fun, colourful and random which best reflects Pecha Kucha. It follows a storytelling format where 20 images are shown with 20 seconds of commentary for each, and so I wanted to capture the randomness by mixing characters walking past past one another as a form of showing all walks of life.

How was the illustration used:
It was designed as a poster for online and social media accounts to promote the event.

How did you make this work:
This is a digital drawing using Kyle's Rough Pastel brush, photoshop and a wacom cintiq.
