Personal work.
Exploration of an idea based on witnessed events exaggerated for effect. I wanted to show how abuse cascades in the workplace when it originates at management level, resulting in 'the little guy at the bottom' becoming crushed by it.
How was the illustration used: Personal work uploaded to my Instagram feed.
How did you make this work: Recreated from a post-it noted sized original sketch which was completely drawn and rendered In Procreate.
Inspired by relief printing techniques such as woodcut and Linocut
