  • Why did you create this work?
    A relaxed, unique environment and meaningful, intuitive work for all–IBM ordered a mural for their entrance hall to support these goals. The dynamic composition of giant, vibrant flower portraits inspires people working in and visiting the office. Flowers bring us joy regardless of age, gender, and background. They symbolize growth, triumphs, and transience, reminding us of the power of presence.
  • How were your illustrations used?
    9 m x 3 m wall by the main entrance of IBM’s new headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. Commission by the initiative of interior design company dSign Vertti Kivi and Co.
  • What materials and techniques did you use?
    Paint (Tikkurila, Remontti-Ässä), paint brushes, paint markers (Molotow ONE4ALL). Sketches on iPad and Apple Pencil, Adobe Fresco app. Mock-ups on Adobe Photoshop.
