The AOI’s Annual General Meeting for 2020-2021 took place online, on Monday 25th July 2022.

CEO Rachel Hill presented a summary of the AOI’s activity over the past year, noting a variety of new resources, events and member initiatives. You can download our Annual Report here. The Annual Accounts are available by emailing [email protected].

The meeting approved the minutes of the last meeting. Darryl Clifton retired from the Board of Directors, and was thanked for his 9 years of service to the AOI. Board members David Gilbert, Ren Renwick and Silvia Baumgart retired and stood for re-election in line with the Articles and were both re-elected.
