The poster employs a dollhouse composition to showcase the vibrant arts scene of NYC. Inspired by iconic art museums in New York City, such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art, each room of the dollhouse depicts distinct aspects of New York's artistic scenes and narrates unique stories about the events and people that have shaped the city's artistic legacy.

Biography:
Xinyi Yang is an illustrator born in Changsha, and she now brings her whimsical world to New York City. She is inspired by vintage-style houses and decor because the warm interiors with a sense of age calm her, especially in this fast-paced society. As an illustrator, the creative process brings her happiness, fulfillment, and a sense of healing power.
