Why did you make this work:
I was commissioned by Austral publishing house to create a new illustrated version of the classic 'Alice in Wonderland' ('Alicia en el País de las Maravillas' in spanish) by Lewis Carroll, for the new collection of the publisher, ‘Austral ilustrados’.
The publisher commissioned me to create an Alice that was not childish, unconventional, modern, with bright colors and a lot of dynamism.

What materials and techniques did you use?:
I made the initial sketches with pencil, acrylics and Procreate and made the final artwork with Wacom Cintiq and Adobe Photoshop.

How were your illustrations used:
For this book I made 10 illustrations and the book cover illustration. Some of the interior illustrations are on a double page-spread and some illustrations of individual pages.
These illustrations have only been used for this book and to promote it.
