For over 15 years Steve and Emma have hosted Europe’s largest urban art festival and managed the Upfest Gallery in Bristol. They facilitate public art projects and commissions across the UK and thrive on creative challenges, working closely with artists and communities to make an impact, bringing accessible and socially engaging public art to everyone.
