I got commissioned of this work. The publisher asked for me to illustrate on a lyrics of a famous Korean song called 'Square's Dream'.
I reinterpreted the lyrics and made a story about a boy who lives in a square world.
In his daily routine, eventing arounds him is square-shaped and stuffy.
He felt frustrated in the beginning, but finally he found a way to overcome the situation.
How was the illustration used: These are illustrations for a picture book.
How did you make this work: I used pencils, acrylics and photoshop for this work.

Biography:
Somin Ahn is a picturebook maker and freelance illustrator currently based in Korea.
She was graduated from MA Sequential Design and Illustration course at the University of Brighton.
Her first picture book 'One Minute' is published in five countries including Italy, USA, and Korea.
