Why did you make this work:
Inquired by Adam and Kristin for their love of 80s rock, these illustrations visually interpret iconic songs with lively characters in neon hues, capturing the vivid essence of the era. In hopes of sharing this dynamic spirit with today’s generation, the work was commissioned to promote the studio.

What materials and techniques did you use?:
Initiated the rough sketch on pencil and paper, subsequently scanning the drawings into Adobe Photoshop for completion.

Sofie Lee is an illustrator and art director currently based in Seoul, South Korea. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from the Savannah College of Art and Design and has engaged in global collaborations with diverse clients, including Adobe, Airbnb, BBC Science Focus Magazine, Hermès, Nike, and others.
