she/her - Why did you create this work?
This work is a commissioned work by the Italian publishing house RAUM Italic.
The book deals with different fears that children and maybe even adults had or still have. Some of the fears are very rational and widespread while others are very irrational. The idea of the book is to explain that everyone has fears no matter how silly they might seem.
- How were your illustrations used?
My illustrations were used for the print of a children's book. The book was published by the end of March this year. This is my first published children's book. - What materials and techniques did you use?

Pauline Cremer is a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Berlin. She studied visual communication at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam and at the Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem. Her work approaches complex topics in a humorous and playful way. In addition to digital illustration, she likes to experiment with different printing techniques, such as linocut or screen printing.
