- Why did you create this work?
I created this self initiated work with the intention to create a children’s picture book in memory of my children’s father who sadly passed away. In the days and weeks after his death it was comforting for my children to dream up places he could now be and the new adventures he could be having, encountering magical animals along the way. This is a tribute to him. - How were your illustrations used?
My illustrations are yet to be used but I would like to create a picture book story with them. - What materials and techniques did you use?
I digitally created these illustrations in Procreate on my iPad and to create the gif I used Procreate Dreams. - Was this project commissioned?
