Why did you make this work:
I researched, wrote, and illustrated this book about accused and convicted women poisoners from history in an effort to answer the question, is poison really a woman's weapon? The book is 208 pages long and features about 100 custom illustrations!

Biography:
Lisa Perrin is an award-winning illustrator, hand-lettering artist, author and educator. She is currently a full-time professor of Illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and is represented by Frank Sturges. Her work has been recognized by The Society of Illustrators, American Illustration, and 3x3 Magazine.
