She /Her - Why did you create this work?
I made these illustrations because I try to stay connected with the ones I love no matter the distance. I print the illustrations on postcard and sent it to my families and friends overseas. I hope these illustrations become love bond and bring hope, joy and warmness even in digital era. - How were your illustrations used?

Zan Wang is a London-based artist renowned for capturing ephemeral moments and collective sensations in the practice of everyday life. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Contemporary Painting at Lancaster University. Zan holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and an MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
