- Why did you create this work?
Meeting new people this year revealed an important insight: first impressions can be deceiving. People are far more complex than they initially appear. True connections are formed by staying open-minded and exploring all facets of an individual. I illustrated this concept through two characters: the Rain Bringer and the Umbreller. - How were your illustrations used?
I made my illustration into postcards for the 'Seoul Illustration Fair vol.15' and sold them there. Additionally, I sold my original artwork at the 'Power in Number 8 Exhibition' held in California, USA. - What materials and techniques did you use?
After drawing with pencil, coloured pencils and watercolour, I scanned the artwork and added some additional details on Procreate. - Was this project commissioned?
