- Why did you create this work?
'Women always lose control of their bodies— no matter having sex, getting pregnant, or getting abortion.' It is the main thought that I want to express trough the work. The flower in the girl’s hand is a metaphor which refers to uterus. Birth control (having sex), pregnant and abortion are all relate to uterus. In the background, branches were formed many shapes of hands. - How were your illustrations used?
