Them - Why did you create this work?
Illustration inspired by the article “Growing a Garden of Neurons” published by Frontiers in Neuroinformatics. The article explores the role of computational models of biologically realistic neuronal networks in advancing neuroscience. The concept is of a botanical garden with white matter fibers (based on 3D DSI scans) in the center with neurons throughout the architecture of the garden. - How were your illustrations used?
