Why did you choose to enter this work?
The OCIIO collaboration in 2022 was a favorite project of mine. It involved creating illustrations that captured the essence of exploration for this oxygen water brand.

What’s your favourite thing about your shortlisted project?
It goes beyond being a simple plastic wrap and instead engages people by utilizing the window within the illustration design, creating a captivating scene for the character inside.

What excites you most about being shortlisted?
Submitting my work to the WIA for the first time exceeded all expectations when I discovered that it had been shortlisted. Also, seeing the other the talented artists in the shortlisted was so inspire

Where do you usually work?
In my studio, accompanied by my dog, I experiment with various materials for my personal art pieces. For commercial projects, I utilize my iPad and laptop.

How long did it take to complete your project?
For me, project timelines vary depending on the details. The shortlisted project took a month, while personal projects can be completed in a day.

What’s your favourite thing to draw?
Undoubtedly, my dog has become my favourite subject to draw.

What is your best tip for other illustrators?
I strongly believe that there are no specific tips for pursuing one's dreams. Each person has their own unique path to follow, but the key is to never give up and continue doing what they love.

What are your plans for the future?
I intend to delve into a wider array of techniques and materials to enhance my design creations.
