Chelsea Ragan is an illustrator, baker and mother of two living in Black Mountain, NC. She received her masters from Maryland Institute College of Art. Recently Chelsea has found a home in illustration. She might be considered “new to the scene'' but Chelsea Ragan has been fortunate to work with Bravery Magazine, ORIGIN, Ditto Magazine, Design House Greetings and Be Ready Explorers to name a few. - Where are you currently based?
