I studied illustration at the Royal College of Art, and Graphic Design at the London College of Printing.
Before studying art I was a reporter and sub-editor on the East Anglian Daily Times where I developed my love of writing - and a fearlessness about deadlines! I initiate my own 'reportage' non-fiction picture books about Energy, which I am lucky to have published by Macmillan in New York.
