Teresa Robertson
Teresa is a freelance illustrator, based in Highbury, Islington, London UK. I went to Hornsey College of Art (Middx Poly) in 1977 and completed the MA in children’s book illustration at Anglia Ruskin University in 2009. I have worked over a wide range of fields: books, courses, cards, web work and individual clients – being regularly commissioned to paint people in front of their homes.
My recent passion has been graphic storytelling: in 2022 I was commissioned by SelfMadeHero to draw the history of the British Monarchy, from Alfred the Great to Charles III https://www.selfmadehero.com/books/the-comical-eye-s-british-monarchy-from-alfred-the-great-to-charles-iii . I also appear regularly in the bi-annual publication of short autobiographical stories https://www.friendsontheshelf.co.uk.
