Nancy O’Connor

Working mainly in watercolour, I’m a painter of faces, flowers, food and fashion.

Most recently my work has become floral in nature.  I have been recreating people’s wedding bouquets in watercolour, creating bespoke paintings for clients.

This has lead me to collaborate with flower growers and florists, creating watercolour flower-painting workshops. I like working with a medium and subject matter than has historically been looked down upon as ‘feminine’ – there is something almost rebellious about it.
