The pool runs diagonally through the picture from the bottom left towards the upper right. There are many people swimming in the pool, children on floars, people siding down a wide yellow slide to the non-swimmers' area. Kimberley Hoffman – hoffmanillustrates!Send in the Clowns!This is an excerpt from the search-and-find book »Die Kurpfalz wimmelt«. The scene originally took place on the Hockenheim -Ring. It is a car full of clowns shooting bananas and banana peels at the unseen car behind them. (In the orignal picture, there is a gorilla catching the bananas). There are a total of nine clowns in the car. A dachshund is waving a flag that it written in the Swabian dialect. It says in Swabian »Doo werd rumgekaschpert« This means loosely translated, we're just being silly. The clown car is blue with large yellow, white and magenta colored dots. One clown is holding a telescope, another clown in a pink dress and orange pointy nose is holding up a pink flag with a dog bone on it. One clown in a magenta costume with white dots is jugling magenta, yellow and green balls. A Clown with yellow hair and a green coat is blowing a trumpet. One clown is practically hidden. You can just barely see his white face. Antoher clown with brown hair and white face is blowing a green whistle. Another clown in green has a purple mustache, green helmet and green auto goggles. There are many racing cars on the track as well as an ambulance, a fire truck and a concession area. In the castle gardens you can see the gardeners, some white dapple-grey horses, a wedding, a sculpture, a historical hot-air balloon, and the Duke and his Duchess.
