Emma J Richardson
I am an illustrator based in the North East of England, specialising in children’s books. I am skilled in using illustration to both create and support a narrative and have completed projects as both author and illustrator. I am excited by the freedom of mixing traditional and digital media. I am proficient in using industry-standard software for both illustration and page layout, and creating artwork files for commercial publishing.
I am autistic, which brings a unique perspective and strength to my illustrations. I love to use illustration to tell a story, particularly in a style suitable for children, and would be delighted to work with you to bring ideas to life.
