Coco hopes to help people find the magnificence with our everyday mundane, opening people’s eyes to the powerful colours and patterns that surround us. She photographs overlooked details in our busy lives, which often become the starting points for her research. Her playful graphics, which are often created with assistance from her photocopier, highlight joyful moments that would normally go unnoticed.

I worked with the school's Year 4 pupils (aged 8) who helped me design the mural through a series of creative workshops which I led over 2 days. Evermade worked with a group of artists to create a limited edition of prints, with each piece being inspired by a rainbow. 100% of profits are going to NHS Charities Together to help take care of the well-being of our NHS staff and volunteers looking after COVID-19 patients in their greatest hour of need. Inspired by a recent research trip to New York, with all the shapes and patterns within the design collected and recorded during time spent there. From the rippled reflections in skyscraper windows to the grid-like grates on the sidewalks, the city's chaos and buzzing energy were the starting point of the mural in London. View Folio
Coco LomW.A.Green – 6 Community PlantersI was commissioned by W. A. Green, a luxury homeware store in Shoreditch, to design and paint six community planters on their road. My planter designs were inspired by the shop's slogan 'Dopamine for the home'. During my research, I found that if you examined dopamine under a microscope, it reveals the most amazing psychedelic colours and patterns. Microscopic views of the neurotransmitters in our brain reveal hundreds of huddled cells of varying shapes and sizes, which provided a fascinating visual starting point for my designs. View Folio
