WORKING WOMEN – THE ART OF SHEILA ROBINSON AND CHLOË CHEESE

April 7 - June 30

This exhibition focuses on the art of Sheila Robinson (1925-88) and also shows examples of the work of her daughter, Chloë Cheese (b.1952), whose early life was influenced by living with her mother in Great Bardfield with its community of artists.

Mother and daughter were educated at the Royal College of Art, and drawing is at the heart of both practices, which encompass fine art, printmaking, and commercial illustration.
