– The most effective tone of voice for negotiations, with examples of useful phrases
This webinar will be a live presentation, so you’ll have the opportunity to submit questions during the session. All you’ll need is a computer with sound and a reasonable internet connection. If you can watch YouTube videos then you should be fine.
