Spotlight On Sam Taylor

As part of our ‘Spotlight On’ series, join us for an informal lunchtime talk with animator Sam Taylor.

Sam Taylor is a director, producer, and co-founder of The Line Animation Studio. He was nominated for a BAFTA for ‘Everything I Can See From Here’, a short film he wrote and directed with Bjorn-Erik Aschim, and for an ADC Young Guns Award. He’ll be talking about his direction of commercials, music videos, and short films.

The Line worked on the Gucci campaign that we featured in Varoom 39 and are known for their work with Gorillaz.

There will be a Q&A for any questions you would like to ask Sam about his involvement in animation.

We introduced our Spotlight On sessions as a casual, social activity, to connect our community during these unusual times.

Sam’s talk will be hosted on Demio, once you have registered you will receive a link to the session (there is no need to sign up for a trial or an account). Spaces are limited to 50 people.
